Longère (traditional farmhouse) for 15 people - Le Domaine de la Fontaine - Gulf of Morbihan

On the Rhuys Peninsula, in the commune of Surzur, halfway between Sarzeau and Vannes, a detached farmhouse with a 1500 m² wooded garden, enclosed and not overlooked, in the heart of an 18th-century property in a 4.5-hectare park.

The property consists of 4 renovated houses, and has a 1-hectare fish pond with a pontoon, boats and a small sandy beach.

The 160 m² house is organized on a ground floor and an upper floor accessible by a staircase.

On the ground floor : entrance, living room with open kitchen, dining room and lounge, separate toilet, shower room with washing machine and changing table, one triple bedroom (#1) and one double bedroom (#2).

Upstairs : a mezzanine TV lounge, 2 quadruple bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and one bedroom (2 single beds).

In the private garden of 1600 m² : large terrace with tables and benches, parasols and barbecue.

Free access to common areas : Table football, wooded park, pétanque court, picnic area by the pond, boats, beach...

Regulated access to the shared SWIMMING POOL (heated in season) and the SAUNA (fee applies, reservation required).

WARNING: The swimming pool and pond are unsupervised ; swimming remains at the traveler's own risk. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bike hire available on site in partnership with Le vélo d'Ewen (Sarzeau).

Direct access to hiking trails. Beaches 10 minutes away by car. All shops 2 km away.

NOTE:

The end-of-stay cleaning must be done upon the tenant's departure according to the checklist of instructions; a supplement of €50 may be requested if the instructions are not followed.

You can opt for a Cleaning option at a rate of €150 for stays of 2 nights and €200 for stays of 3 nights and more.

A supplement of 30 euros is charged per pet per stay (payable on site). One pet is accepted. For more than one, please contact us.
