In a peaceful, unspoiled setting surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes from the beaches and Vannes or Sarzeau, this detached house is part of a property comprising four stone houses dating back to 1780, all fully renovated. It features a west-facing terrace with no overlooking neighbors.

3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a modular configuration: 1 bed 160x200; 2 single beds that can be joined together for a queen size bed in the other 2 bedrooms.

90cm bed and possibility of an extra bed for one person in the family room.

Each room has its own bathroom with toilet and a TV.

On the ground floor, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge.

1 private patio with a table for your meals and a relaxation area.

The house is ready to welcome you (sheets and towels provided).

Access to the heated swimming pool in season, the 4.5 Ha park and the pond where you can fish, go boating etc.
